1. When will I receive my refund?
After placing a return request with Customer Service, it typically takes 2-4 business days for the product to be picked up from your location. The refund will be initiated within 1 working day after the product is picked up. It takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method used.
Note: Orders will not be accepted if the packaging is torn or in poor condition.
2. What is the refund timeframe?
Once a return is raised, product pickup takes 2-4 business days (within India). After pickup, it takes 24 working hours to initiate the refund, which then takes 3 business days to be reflected in your account. You can expect the refund within 8 working days.
3. Can I Change the Mode of Payment for my Refund?
The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

4.What is the method of refund for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account.

If your order is lost or undelivered to your specified location, we will refund the entire order amount, including any shipping charges if paid online.
6.What happens to the shipping/COD charge if you decide to return a delivered order?
If you return a delivered order, the shipping/COD charge (if applicable) will not be refunded.
7. Can I cancel my order?

Some orders are shipped almost immediately, so cancellation may not always be possible. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used for the original payment.
